I haven't read all the comments on here, just kinda skimmed. But I saw this one and wanted to answer it as well as make a comment.

Yes, there were plenty of times when Baller acted "normal," however we choose to define that term. He and I had a number of conversations through PMs about sports, about Philadelphia, about writing.

I have always liked Baller. One time, in one of the threads about sports, I gave my opinion about something and got jumped all over. Baller came to my defense. I've said ever since then that no matter what, I would be on his side.

Have I always agreed with him? No. Haven't agreed with some of the fights he has started on here. Although I also recognize that a lot of people baited him without provocation.

I'll miss him. He made this a lively place. I'll miss talking about sports with him, especially with March Madness coming up.

As far as whether CAliGirl is his sock or not? I don't know and don't much care. I like him. I like her.
